Tryout training for locals who would like some hands-on experience.
If you’re unsure about the commitment of ongoing training, this is the place to start. The Live Training Sample is a hands-on starter course to get you up to speed with our regular training regimen. This course is only offered during the first half of our monthly Dangerous in a Day sessions.
You’ll learn the differences between self-defense, fighting, and effective violence; the importance of using body weight in motion to break things, and how to cause debilitating injuries in the eyes, throat, cervical spine, groin, and ankles.
Note that if you decide to join with a Live Training Membership after taking the sample course, your payment will count toward your first month.
